About Brooke Schmidt
Brooke Schmidt taught kindergarten at Drexel School in Cicero, Illinois for 16 years and is now a professional learning specialist at Curriculum Associates. She graduated from Lewis University Summa Cum Laude at the top of her class with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. An Illinois native, Brooke currently resides outside of Chicago, where she is a mother to three young children. She enjoys exercising, cooking, and shopping as well as being fueled by coffee and sushi! As a student who needed support academically, she ensured her students did not encounter the same difficulties she had. Creating a love for learning is something Brooke strives to instill in her own children and hopes they will carry with them for the rest of their educational journey.
